If your item(s) are large and you would like a "pre-approval" before bringing to the store, please text pictures to 608-790-7700. The RootinCrown does have the right to refuse any/all item(s) accordingly to the company policies & procedures, even if item(s) were "pre-approved" by some other contact method prior.

Please stop in the store to fill out a short form or download below.  Once approved we can get you on a schedule, or on a "call-in" daily schedule.  Whatever works for you, we can accommodate most situations, most of the time.  We just LOVE having Volunteers. They are our Heart string!
